March 2024 Business After Hours

Christine Rumble and Dave Boulton, the new owners of Denmark Chocolate Company, showcased their business in style at the March Business After Hours. Denmark Chamber of Commerce members sampled handmade chocolates paired with Artisan beers, Shepherd’s Hut wines and DC label ports and liquors.

Along with deconstructed hot chocolate, a smorgasbord of cheese platters, sandwiches, and sweet treats all accompanied by great music from the Skipjacks, it was an evening not to be missed!

The Denmark Chocolate Company is certainly flourishing under the new ownership and Christine and Dave are currently building two new chalets on their property, with two more and a house for themselves in the planning stage.

The Chocolate Quiz was an innovative test of knowledge and Kath Ward and Kim Frankowiak were the lucky hamper winners.

New members Caroline Lyttle from True Nature Art Therapy and Martin Sneeuwjagt from 90 Degree Residential introduced themselves and their businesses.
