At The Denmark Heritage Cider Company we grow a unique rage of heritage apples that produce traditional dry European style cider. We cultivate the natural yeasts on the apples to deliver fine cider with a characteristic terroir.
We produce still and sparkling ciders, and apple cider vinegar. We offer guided tastings at our cellar door, where customers can discover our fine ciders while learning a little more about the traditions of cidermaking. Our products are available at our cellar door, online, and at selected stockists in WA.
Our apples are also available wholesale to winemakers, and certain varieties available to the public during harvest season.
