ATC Work Smart is your local community-based not-for-profit organisation that can look after your apprentice and trainee management, labour hire, recruitment and training needs.

ATC Work Smart takes on the employer’s responsibilities, including all the paperwork connected with wages, allowances, superannuation, worker’s compensation, leave entitlements and training.

We save you time and money by providing you with:

  • An apprentice/trainee to suit your specific needs

We are also a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and provide nationally accredited Vocational Education and Training (VET) services in Business, Hospitality and Individual Support (aged and disability care).

We have a specially dedicated team of Trainers with extensive experience in the health and community industry. We offer face-to-face courses in First Aid, CPR, Workplace Mental Health First Aid and short courses for Support Workers.
