Pawprint Chocolate uses good quality Australian-made chocolate as a base and prepares, roasts, toasts, slices and dices fresh and preserved products to make the unique flavour selection of toppings. Each style of chocolate and whole-food flavour has been tested and trialled to achieve the ultimate flavour profile and combination with our Pawprint base chocolate. All of our chocolate is custom produced, using sustainably sourced products.
We are a wholly family-owned and run business. Having had an interest in chocolate making for some years, Kelly took this a step further and attended an intensive training course in Melbourne. A greater understanding of the science and art of chocolate allowed her more creativity and diversity in the products produced. The unique style in her area of ‘toppings’ on a chocolate base is now a popular style across Australia.
