Sanctuary South Stays offers two unique accommodation options on our 68 hectare farm and forest property in Nornalup, located 55 km west of Denmark, with access to our private jetty on the Frankland River. Spend the day discovering the stunning beaches, inlets, rivers and national parks of the Walpole-Nornalup National Park nearby. Walk the Bibbulmun Track, ride the Munda Biddi, visit the Valley of the Giants Tree Top Walk. Ponder the fascinating history of the property and visit the registered cemetery and sunset bench on the property.
NORNALUP HOMESTEAD
Nornalup Homestead is a unique stay for nature lovers. Friends and families will find a warm, nurturing escape. Watch the sunrise paint the sky from the veranda. Enjoy a sunset walk in the paddocks. When night falls, gaze up at a panorama of stars above.
The fully self-contained 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom farmhouse comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. With separate lounge and living rooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax. Sleep well on comfortable mattresses topped with warm doonas and blankets.
Enjoy a home away from home with everything you need. Cozy up by the large stone fireplace (firewood and kindling supplied), read a book from our library in a rocking chair, or play a board game. Cook up a feast in the modern kitchen, complete with an espresso machine and a stovetop coffee maker for your favourite brew. After a day of exploring, enjoy a soak in the insulated two-person bath.

Enjoy expansive natural surroundings right at your doorstep for a truly peaceful retreat. Watch the stars from bed through our stargazing window. Designed for comfort and simplicity, Sanctuary Train provides everything you need for a relaxing getaway.
Sink into the comfortable queen-size bed, complete with plush pillows and soft linens. Gaze at the night sky through the special stargazing window above the bed, or use the blackout blinds for an uninterrupted sleep. The lounge area is perfect for curling up with a book or enjoying one of the board games. Your fully-equipped kitchen is ready for you to cook up a delicious meal. It features an oven, induction cooktop, bar fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, and an espresso machine with a hand grinder for your morning coffee.
The private bathroom includes a relaxing rain-head shower, toilet, and sink. We provide eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash for your convenience. Step outside onto your private outdoor deck. Enjoy meals al fresco at the outdoor table or fire up the BBQ while soaking in the serene farm surroundings. Fast wi-fi and a dedicated working space are available beneath the picture window. For your comfort, the space is equipped with a reverse cycle air conditioner to keep you cool or warm as needed.
