From the giant rock amphitheatre and striking black posts of the Albany jetty, through to the mother of pearl from Broome ingrained in the polished floors, this building was designed to capture the unique beauty of Western Australia and The Great Southern region.
With a focus on fresh local produce, the menu is centered around Australian cuisine perfectly paired with hemp spirits by Cannabis Botanical Distillery, produced using cannabis sativa harvested on Raintree and distilled on-site.
Available as a signature gin, vodka and carefully crafted cocktails, try our unique beverages alongside local beers and our range of Raintree wines created by artisan winemaker Coby Ladwig.
The Dam focuses on nurturing community and creativity, utilising our establishment as a live music and entertainment hub in Denmark, offering some of the best talent WA and the world has to offer.
