NORTH – Possum Trappers Cave – Mt Lindsey National Park
- State heritage site – used by trappers in the 50s and 60s.
- Access via Blue Lake Road – 9.2km from Denmark-Mt Barker Road and approx. 7km from Blue Lake Road.
- Located on the eastern face of the granite hill.
- 4WD recommended. Can hike or cycle but high swamp water crossings during wet times.
NORTH – Millars Basin – Mt Roe National Park
- Picturesque stop on the upper Kent River.
- Access via Harewood Road to Watershed Road to Basin Road.
- 4WD recommended – multiple low water crossings during wet periods.
NORTH – Styx River Waterfall – Parry Inlet Catchment
- State heritage site – beautiful spot on the Kordabup River with large water basin and waterfall in season
- Access via Kordabup Road to Fernley Road
- 4WD required.
WEST – Boat Harbour – Boat Harbour Beach
- Access via Boat Harbour Road

WEST – Quarram Beach – Quarram Nature Reserve
- Access via Boat Harbour Road

WEST – Rame Head – Walpole Nornalup National Park
- Access via Peaceful Bay Road
- Remote beaches and headlands. Great fishing and exploring
- Extremely soft sand on some beaches

WEST – Eagles Head Beach – Parryville
- Turn-off approx 2/3kms from Parry Beach campground
- Located on the western side of Owingup Nature reserve
- High sand hills (rubber matting installed parts of the way). Lower pressure required

EAST – West Cape Howe National Park
- Multiple 4WD tracks
- Remote beaches, sheer cliffs, wildflowers, fishing and exploring.
- Camping on Shelley Beach only
- Shelley Beach is the only beach in the park that is accessible by 2WD

EAST – Bornholm Beach
- Access via Shepherds Lagoon Road
- Steep climb to exit beach and is very challenging
- Regarded as one of the toughest 4WD beaches to access
- Serious/experienced 4W drivers only.
