Denmark Chamber of Commerce is excited to deliver the Denmark Night Market as part of the Taste of Great Southern offering makers, crafters, jewellers, artists, brewers, wine makers, coffee roasters, photographers, growers and the like living in the Great Southern a platform to sell their products in a relaxed evening marketplace atmosphere.
Evening Details
Located in the heart of town on Strickland Street, the evening will offer Denmark’s finest retail, food, wine and beer in a licensed liquor area as well as kids and long table dining area.
A stage in Plane Tree Court will feature a cooking expo with celebrity cooks: Melissa Palinkas, Anna Gare and Ruby Hughes. To get the crowd moving and shaking we also have guest musician Tracey Morrison and friends.
The stallholders will line the car parks on Strickland Street between Bent Street and South Coast Highway with a stage located in Plane Tree Court.
Cost of the Market Stall
Applications close 19th February, 2021
Stall size 3m x 3m (anything bigger, please note in your application – additional fees may apply)
Retail Stalls – $35 DCC Members / $50 non-members
Food/Beverage Stalls – $50 DCC Members / $65 non-members
Food Vendors Information
All food vendors (including jams, pickles etc.) are required to obtain a Temporary Food Stall Vendors license from the Shire of Denmark.

You will need to provide the Shire with a copy of your food handler’s certificate. If you don’t already have a food handler’s certificate then you can obtain one online at denmark.imalert.com.au. There is no cost to do this but it is a requirement and should be done at least three weeks prior to the event.
Covid-19 Hygiene Officer Course
Stallholders serving food and beverages are required to complete the Covid-19 Hygiene Officer Course which can be completed online at hospitalityhygiene.com/aha-covid-19-hygiene-officer-course/.
