June Business After Hours

For the June Business After Hours members of the Denmark Chamber made their way through the forest to Illya and Susan Cenin’s little piece of paradise, The Cove. With a lovely woodfire burning in a fireplace made from an old sea mine and a big pot of home made soup, this made for a very cosy evening of networking.  Illya and Susan first moved to Denmark 46 years ago and have seen the town go through many changes since then. Including a large growth in population.  The building of their 5 chalets, which they built themselves with the help of family, friends and local tradies, has been a real labour of love. This shines through along with their enthusiasm for engaging with their visitors and showcasing our town. Both Susan and Illya are also volunteers at the Denmark Visitor Centre.

Co-hosts Albany Business Centre were represented by Richard Keeler who has been a big supporter of Denmark businesses for many years. Many start up and existing businesses have benefited from meeting with Richard to gain advice and guidance.
