May Business After Hours

Singlefile Wines and Stash Coffee hosted Denmark Chamber members for this months Business After Hours. With the sudden onset of heavy rain, the cellar door at Singlefile was the perfect place to be. A cosy fire warmed the room whilst the professional team of staff poured the wine and served up some snacks. Thank you to our hosts Phil and Viv Snowden and Nina and Brad Bradshaw.

Later, members were invited to visit the Stash roastery, located on the same property, for dessert and coffee.

New member Jay Hockey introduced his new business Denmark Driver Training. With 14 years served in the WA police force – 9 of those as a qualified pursuit driver – Jay has a lot of experience to share with those wishing to improve their defensive driving skills and for those new to driving.

Kim and Samali Frankowiak introduced their new business Great Southern Living Soil. Since moving to Denmark, a year ago their vermicast fertiliser has been very popular with local growers looking for a sustainable way to improve soil health. This is available to buy in Denmark at Blossoms Nursery, Thorntons Mitre 10, Denmark Cooperative and Third Stone Traders.
